Request for access to the Product Ordering System

You are requesting access to the non-qualified product ordering system. Your request will only be accepted if you have signed a partnership contract with Certum. It is required to have a customer account in Certum store. If you do not have one, please create it: https://shop.certum.eu/customer/account/create.

Verification messages from Certum are the messages sent to chosen by Customer e-mail address, which will inform about domain verification method and what are the steps to complete domain verification.

Messages about products order status from Certum are the messages sent to inform Customer about his order status: beginning with an information about placing an order and what are the next steps to issue the certificate, though message about issuing certificate and also messages about expiring and actual expiration of a certificate.

IP Addresses

Please provide at least one static IP address, which Certum will whitelist for you to connect to API service. IP Address must be assigned to the device which you will use our API with:

  • for WHMCS users: please provide a public IP address of your WHMCS server,
  • for API-Client/Enterprise ID users: please provide a public IP address of computer you will use to operate this application,
  • for any other use: please provide a public IP address of a device you will use to connect to API,
IP address of the device can be checked by online IP checker (accessed by mentioned device) or by contacting your IT department. You can combine methods listed above and set up to 3 IP addresses in the form:
